FitSteps® mixes Ballroom and Latin dance to give you an energetic, upbeat dance class. It's designed to help you transform your body and achieve real measurable fitness results.  In FitSteps® classes we combine high and low impact moves. Steps can be easily modified. Learn, exercise and have fun dancing - you won’t even realise you’re getting fit!
