​Don’t just listen to music, become the music in POUND® mind blowing cardio jam session.  POUND® is inspired by the infectious, energising and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. These exercise classes transform drumming into an effective workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. We use the light-weight drumsticks called Ripstix® that are engineered specifically for exercising.
